Android 5.0 is Officially Released
Android 5.0 Lollipop has finally arrived a plethora of new functions. One of the most important enhancements is the visual presentation, although the overall user interface structure doesn’t change much. The new platform is designed to improve consistent across multiple form factors and improve user interface.
The Material Design concept has made the Lollipop a more polished and mature Android version. Not only we will get a visually better graphical user interface, the overall fluidity and response have also been enhanced. It comes with a “continuity” feature that allows us to pick up where we left off. This feature is usable if we are working with multiple Lollipop devices, such as a smartphone and a tablet. This implementation may also extend to Android Wear Smartwatches and other platforms.
Google seems to be aware the ultimate convergence in user interface is still a dream tight now. The user interface for tablet will contain more content and options than the one for smartphone. This allows users to make use of the bigger display. In addition, Lollipop-based smartwatch will deliver minimal information on their much smaller displays. The notification section has been significantly revamped and the new guest mode allows us to safely share our devices with friends and potential consumers.
